It's a real shame, but the Car Rental Industry has had their fair share of bad reputation for a while now due to Hidden Costs, Over-Charging Customers, Lack Of Transparency, and Poor Customer Service.

We truly have our standards and so we understand circumstances such as fair wear and tear or vehicle being returned not entirely clean as it can happen with anyone. Therefore, as long as our vehicles were returned reasonably clean or the damage made by our customers were very minor, unlike other providers we typically will not charge our customers fees for such trivial matters otherwise it would defeat the very purpose of providing this service, which is to provide Accident Replacement Vehicles at No Cost.
